Areas of responsibility will include Burn Off, Solvent Recovery/Storage, Cleaning Crew and Paint Maintenance Technical Technicians.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
? Previous Coordinator /Team leader / leadership experience mandatory.
Needs to be a self- starter and complete tasks unsupervised.
? Responsible for the safety and supervision of up to 18 associates.
? Must have thorough understanding and commitment to MAS-USA policies and procedures.
? Must be available to work weekends / shutdown periods.
? Assign work direction as needed.
? Train associates to safely and successfully complete tasks.
? Maintain and order proper inventory of necessary spare parts, tools and consumables needed to complete necessary tasks.
? Work with Engineering staff to improve techniques and best practices related to areas of responsibility.
? Ensure PMs are completed by assigned technicians in a timely manner.
? Build /maintain relationships with vendors / suppliers.
? Must be flexible to work additional hours as required.
As well as flexibility to shifting hours due to production requirements.
Mandatory weekend work is a requirement for this position.
