The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of construction and maintenance tasks.
The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, be detail-oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills and own basic tools.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated and willing to take on any task that comes their way.
Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of basic construction tasks, such as measuring, digging, painting or assembly.
Cleaning up and moving debris from interior and exterior locations Load and unload tools or materials Measuring and recording quantities of materials Preparing, maintaining, and stocking job sites Operate power tools and other machinery safely and effectively.
Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling heavy objects.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
